In essence we offer a comprehensive bundle of management services based on the client’s level of involvement. For instance, some owners prefer to be an active partner in the maintenance of their property, while others prefer to have us take care of everything.

Our services include building maintenance, lease administration, operating and capital budgeting, vendor management, property accounting and all major reporting formats. We are always adding more services to our full-service menu.

Our property management services include:

  • Source and select Tenants
  • Negotiate lease renewals
  • Bill and collect Tenant rent
  • Negotiate lease agreements
  • Arrange for payment of all operating expenses after obtaining owners’ approval for amounts over predetermined limits
  • Arrange property insurance
  • Hire and supervise site staff, if required
  • Communicate with Tenants as necessary
  • Collect revenue and pay expenses from trust account
  • Oversee owner approved renovations and upgrades to the property
  • Coordinate and supervise service contracts and trades work at the property
  • Attend to emergency issues
  • Provide detailed monthly accounting statements to the owner
  • Report on and review with owner any necessary capital repairs

As part of our quality assurance, Jilani Group ensures that all jobs contracted to service companies are supervised and tended to as necessary. We also prevail at purchasing quality and cost effective supplies; arranging building repairs and hiring suitable professionals to carry out superior workmanship.
